I note that Denise Cosgrove is trying to restore relationships with Providers, but she neglects the fact that much damage has been done to sensitive claimants through the implementation of the Clinical Guidelines.
ReplyDeleteWhere are Denise Cosgrove's apologies for those claimants that have literally been done over by her and her puppets at the SCU?
We are all waiting Denise to receive the same apologies that you have given to the Proivders.
But I think we will be waiting forever and she will continue to duck for cover - as usual
