Sensitive claims provider update released

A news item from ACC
The first edition of the Sensitive Claims Provider Update has been released. The update is our way of better communicating with our Sensitive Claims providers.

The update covers a number of areas, including:
• Modified process for clients returning to counselling
• Nationwide provider information-sharing roadshows
• Forms, codes and invoicing for returning to counselling
• Update on support sessions

  1. I note that Denise Cosgrove is trying to restore relationships with Providers, but she neglects the fact that much damage has been done to sensitive claimants through the implementation of the Clinical Guidelines.

    Where are Denise Cosgrove's apologies for those claimants that have literally been done over by her and her puppets at the SCU?

    We are all waiting Denise to receive the same apologies that you have given to the Proivders.

    But I think we will be waiting forever and she will continue to duck for cover - as usual
