Statement from Minister on sensitive claims issue

A press release from the Minister for ACC
“I am disappointed this matter has not been able to be resolved by the material being removed from the internet and legal proceedings being discontinued,” Dr Nick Smith said.
“I am unable to intervene as Minister because this is a matter between individuals before the court but I hope common sense prevails.”

  1. Just to let you know... I have sought legal counsel. An awesome firm that is "doing this for free" cause they feel so compassionately about ACC's actions.... (so they said) ....

maybe there are angels in this world.

You just got to look for them under the shadowed wings of ACC - Acid Conflicted Corporation.

Having said that, I know personally some real excellent ACC employees... why is it, the further up a ladder you go, the less you know why you're there... in any event, for those ACC employees, I apologise.... this is no not about you. You all do what you can do with what limited resources given.

    Kia kaha.

  2. This matter is not a personal matter. It involves the head of a government department, and his incompetent handling of a client's case, in which she became so frustrated she made comment on her own, little known (until Dr Jansen made it public), blog.
Nick Smith has every reason to intervene in this matter. This is one of his employees treating a client irresponsibly. Disgusting Nick Smith - truely disgusting.
