Hon Dr Nick Smith (Minister for ACC) replied: I did not have many meetings in the years between 201 and 1964 because I was not born. In the two and a half years since I have been Minister of ACC, I have had many meetings with claimants, counsellors, interest groups, colleagues, the Review Panel and ACC staff but too many to practically list by date and organisation.

Hon Dr Nick Smith (Minister for ACC) replied: I have not had any formal meetings on this issue but have met informally at a number of events with counsellors and people involved in sensitive claims. The consistent message I have received is that the changes made in response to the review I initiated last year are working well and sensitive claimants are getting access in a timely way to the appropriate counselling.
