Hon Judith Collins (Minister for ACC) replied: ACC cannot advise of the total number of privacy breaches that have occurred across the Corporation without a manual search of claim files. However, the last five annual reports of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner show the number of complaints the Office received regarding ACC in each year and the outcomes of complaints.
