Hon Dr Nick Smith (Minister for ACC) replied: ACC funds a range of social and vocational rehabilitation support for clients. These include, for example, home help, personal care, counselling, and work preparation programmes. For clients who are earners, these programmes are funded by ACC through levies. Clients who are non-earners have their support programmes funded by government. In some cases, clients may make a contribution.
